The uniqueness of the LEICHT carcase concept is enhanced by the overall visual effect. Front and carcase side become harmonious only when colour matching is affected. For this purpose the matching visible side concept with its colour homogenous edging provides unlimited design scope.
All doors and top hung doors are provided with self closing hinges and door dampers. This quiet and smooth action is activated within the final 10 cm and 2 cm. The door damper itself ensures a smooth closing.
All LEICHT-programmes have a pullout-system incorporating maintenance-free, fully extendible guides with self closing and cushioned retraction.
The guides are synchronized over the total pullout path and ensure high stability with smooth running. The operational loading capacity of the maintenance-free guides is about 40 kilogrammes for all drawers and pullouts up to 60 cm width. Pullouts from 80 cm width have guides with a loading capacity of 70 kilogrammes. Double walled welded steel frames and the robust 16 mm thick floor, with grey laminate facing, form the sturdy basic carcase.
An installation-friendly characteristic is the total accessibility of the three-dimensional front adjustment. Pullouts and drawers are particularly easily mounted and dismounted through a consumer-friendly construction.
All pullouts have attached glass sides. The 8 mm thick etchedtone glass imparts a particularly top quality note. The straight interior sides of the frames with a narrow wiping lip allow for an optimal loading capacity. Practical pullout cross-dividers are available as accessory.
Retraction cushioning: The integrated retraction-cushioning works with the environmentally friendly medium 'air' and provides silent closing for pullouts and drawers with minimum application.
